Get Lit Bus

Yard Sale

Weather Preparedness
The Lowndes County Extension office is hosting a Be Ready Lowndes County! severe weather preparedness seminar April 11 at the Good Shepard Community Center in Mosses from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The first 30 people to register and attend will receive a free NOAA weather radio (only one radio per household). Music Fest
Join Unity Baptist Church in Whitehall April 13 for a Music Fest honoring Pastor and Lady McReynolds. All choirs, groups and soloists are invited to attend. The event begins at 4 p.m.

The 52nd Annual Calico Fort Arts and Crafts Fair is scheduled for April 13-14.
Food Safety

Elder Law
Lowndes County Extension is hosting a Community Pro Bono Elder Law Clinic April 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Whitehall Town Hall. Senior adults aged 60 are invited to register for an appointment by calling (334) 548-2315.
Silent Auction
A McCurdy Adoption Silent Auction fundraiser will be held April 19 at Hayneville Baptist Church beginning at 6 p.m. The event will feature a taco bar and live music for $25. Children 12 and under are free. Contact Laken at (251) 227-5288 to purchase tickets.
Civil Right Celebration

LCUWP Applications
The Lowndes County Unincorporated Wastewater Project is accepting applications for septic system installation or repair at its office located at 507 W. Tuskeena Street in Hayneville. Call (334) 548-2006 or stop by Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for an application.
Head Start

HIM Graduation
Hope Inspired Ministries will hold graduation ceremonies for its Lowndes County site Thursday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at Hayneville Baptist Church.
Equipment Auction
