Bryan Lambert, a freshman at The Calhoun School, was voted as Lowndes County’s Athlete of the Fall Season. He is a well-rounded student-athlete in the classroom and on the football field, boasting a 3.4 GPA and in his second year as starting center for the Tigers. Lambert plays both offense and defense and has moved up to one of Tigers’ team captains this year because of his great work ethic, his willingness to be coachable, his work in the classroom and his love for his teammates. Lambert won Athlete of the Week in September by receiving 46%, 342 out of the 764 votes cast.

Lambert competed against 12 other student-athletes from Lowndes Academy, The Calhoun School and Central High School and emerged as Athlete of the Fall Season by earning 30%, 728 out of 2,433 votes.

Congratulations to Lambert and all athletes nominated to represent their schools! Other athletes nominated for the award were Eron Foster and Iyuanna Wallace from Central High School; Haley Briggs, Andrew Myers, Jase Howard, Scott Stinson, Bella Robitaille, Cooper Dansby, Huston Hampton and Kasen Dismukes from Lowndes Academy and Jarquis Maye from The Calhoun School.
