Lowndes County Board of Education Head Start’s Real Men, Real Talk, Fatherhood Program
held its second activity for the 2021-2022 program year. entitled: Roller Skating with Dad on January 22, 2022. The event was held at 2211 The Ultimate Play Zone-Montgomery, AL.
The parents and the children deemed the activity a success.
According to Rainforest Learning Centre Inc., “Father involvement in early childhood improves a child’s cognitive and leaning abilities. When fathers spend quality time with their children, playing games or doing physical activity together, they can expect time with their children to grow more resilient and healthy”.
