Alabama 7th District Congresswoman Terri Sewell presented an Air Force Academy nomination to Lowndes Academy’s Brandon Reid in assembly at the school Thursday morning, May 11.

Sewell gave Reid a certificate of recognition for going to the Air Force Academy Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, Colo. and presented him with a “challenge coin.”

He is the son of Bruce of Leigh Ann Reid and has a sister, Brooklyn Reid.
Also on hand were Cal Franklin and Lowndes County District Judge Adrian D. Johnson.

Sewell also held a town hall meeting in White Hall on Thursday, May 11.
