The Mosses Town Council will meet Thursday, May 11 at 6 p.m. instead of its regular meeting date, today, May 9. And Mayor Willie B. Hill stated that the vacant council seat will now be filled by special election on Tuesday, July 18.

Hill said qualifying for the vacant seat will be held from May 9-23 and the fee is $50.
