SCABC to hold national press conference in Montgomery

A SCABC national press conference on High Speed Internet Access in Alabama is set for Tuesday, May 6 in Montgomery.
Dr. Aaron McCall, managing director of the SCABC, said the event will be held from 10:30 a.m – 12 noon at the Alabama State Capitol Auditorium at 600 Dexter Ave.
He said speakers include himself; Wilson Ellis, a 13 year-old middle school student from Hope Hull; Charlie King Jr., president of the SCABC board of directors, Majid Rad, president of Oasis; Walter Hill, mayor of Mosses; Ron Sparks, director of the Alabama Office of Rural Development; Johnny Ford, mayor of the city of Tuskegee; and former Hayneville Mayor Helenor Bell.
