The Black Belt Community Foundation announces its 2014 Grant Cycle.

Community-based organizations from Bullock, Choctaw, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Perry, Pickens, Sumter and Wilcox are encouraged to apply.

The Black Belt Community Foundation seeks to support organizations engaging Black Belt citizens in addressing critical issues identified by the community.

The 2014 Grant Cycle will support projects addressing the Arts, (interdisciplinary, literary, performing, traditional, and visual) and, community economic development, education, and health. Applicants are encouraged to apply to either or both grant pools–Arts Grants and/or Community Grants.

Grant Applications are due On or Before April 15.
