State Troopers are investigating an accident with injuries that occurred near Fort Deposit Monday afternoon.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on Lowndes County Road 45 (near Fort Deposit) there was a two-vehicle crash with three injuries reported with one being critical, said Sgt. Steve Jarrett, public information/education officer with the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

He said troopers are actively investigating. There are no further details available at this time.
