Career and Literacy Prep seminars set for high school males

Career and Literacy Prep seminars are scheduled for Lowndes County Public Schools high school males.
Dr. Benitha D. Mathews, Ed.D, district technology coordinator/library media supervisor for Lowndes County Public Schools and director of the Literacy Grant for Lowndes County Public Schools and Perry County Public Schools, and Dr. Lorenza Smith, Career Tech director, have partnered together to host a “Career and Literacy Prep Seminar for male students in the high schools.
The seminar will take place this Saturday, January 11th at The Calhoun School and January 18th
at Central High School from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
The men from Epsilon Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta
Sigma Fraternity Inc. will also be in attendance to provide mentorship to male students.
