A single-vehicle crash claimed early Sunday morning claimed the life of a Hayneville woman.
According to Sergeant Steve Jarrett of the Alabama Department of Public Safety Public Information/Education Unit, Kenyetta Coleman, 38, was killed when the 1994 Cadillac Seville that she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree.
The crash occurred early Sunday morning at 2 a.m. on County 2, two miles west of Alabama 21.
“Preliminary investigation indicates that alcohol was a factor,” Jarrett said.
Nothing further is available as State Troopers continue to investigate, he said.
