Assault second degree from the 300 block of Crowley Road, Fort Deposit.
Assault third degree from Eligha Rudolph Road, Tyler.
May 22
Theft of property (motor vehicle) from the 1100 block of Tyson Road, Hope Hull. Recovered was a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty valued at $5,600.
May 23
Terrorist threat from the 100 block of Main Street, Hayneville.
May 27
Domestic violence third degree/theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Williams Court, Hayneville. Damaged was clothing in the amount of $300. Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy cell phone valued at $140 and an APEX DVD player valued at $30.
May 28
Criminal mischief third degree from Bus Lane, Hayneville. Damaged were three bus windows in the amount of $550.
Accidental drowning from Alabama 185 in Fort Deposit.
May 29
Burglary third degree/theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Francis Lane, Mosses. Stolen was jewelry valued at $3,000, a computer and printer valued at $1,200, a window air conditioning unit valued at $350, a 32-inch flat screen television valued at $300, a microwave valued at $200 and a deep freezer valued at $150. Damaged was a door window in the amount of $150.
May 30
Theft of property (motor vehicle) from the 100 block of Juliantown Road, Fort Deposit. Recovered was a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu valued at $11,500.
Theft of property first degree from the 900 block of Highway 185 South, Fort Deposit. Stolen was a Troy-Bilt riding lawn mower valued at $1,400, a Honda four-wheeler valued at $800 and a weedeater valued at $90.
May 31
Theft of property first degree from the 6600 block of Crooks Road, Minter. Stolen was a 2012 Honda Rancher ATV valued at $6,300.
Theft of property first degree from the 6600 block of Crooks Road, Minter. Stolen were a 2013 Polaris Ranger ATV valued at $12,900 and a utility trailer valued at $1,000.
Harassing communications from the 200 block of Sellers Dirt Road, Fort Deposit.
Assault third degree from the 5100 block of Lowndes County Road 45, Fort Deposit.

Menacing from the 300 block of Williams Drive, Hayneville.
June 3
Incident from the Shuford Lane, Hayneville.
Negotiating worthless instrument from the 4600 block of Lowndes County Road 37 South, Hope Hull. Stolen was a check in the amount of $810.
