Lowndesboro plans Fourth of July celebration
The Town of Lowndesboro will hold its Annual Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 4th in Lowndesboro.
There will be a parade beginning at 8:30 a.m. that will leave from Lowndes Academy and end at the Ruby S. Moore Park in Lowndesboro.
A program will follow the parade. The celebration will include a presentation from the flag team from the Alabama National Guard, recognition of local veterans and traditional songs.
The celebration will end with serving of refreshments. Everyone is invited.
