The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department and Haynville Police made a drug arrest Friday in Hayneville.

Sheriff John Williams said after several weeks of undercover work, a search warrant was executed at 217 Old Letohatchee Road in Hayneville, and Jermane McCall of Hayneville was arrested at that address.

Williams said McCall was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams said the arrest was made by the Hayneville Police Department and the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department.
