Landmarks Social
The Lowndesboro Landmarks Foundation invites community members to the 2nd annual Low Country Boil Social June 7, 4:30-7 p.m. at Marengo House. Parenting Together
The Family Service Center of Lowndes County offers intensive co-parenting services for mothers and fathers working together to nurture their children. Pre-K Program
First Years Child Development Center, First Class Pre-K offers a free 4-year-old program from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for working parents and 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for non-working parents. Classes start in August. Space is limited. Call Katina Surles at (334) 281-8627 for more information.
LCUWP Applications
The Lowndes County Unincorporated Wastewater Project is accepting applications for septic system installation or repair at its office located at 507 W. Tuskeena Street in Hayneville. Call (334) 548-2006 or stop by Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for an application.
Head Start

DAV Meetings

Fun Day
Calhoun CDC is planning a “Fun Day in the Park” on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m. at Calhoun Community Park 77 Calhoun Cut Off Road in Letohatchee. The event will celebrate the park’s improvements and bring the community together for a day of fun, food and fellowship.
Alumni Basketball
