Forest Friends

The Lowndes County Alabama Extension Office will host Friends of the Forest for 4th – 5th graders May 2, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Holy Ground Battlefield Park in Lowndesboro. Wellness Tour

The Lowndes County A Tour of Wellness Event is set to take place Saturday, May 3, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Calhoun School in Letohatchee. Shape Singing

The Annual Program of the South Alabama Seven Shape Singing Convention is set for May 3, 3 p.m. at the Convention Center – 11339 Luverne and Greenville Highway, Greenville. The them is Psalm 127:1. Each class is asked for a liberal donation of $25.

Pre-K Program

LCUWP Applications

The Lowndes County Unincorporated Wastewater Project is accepting applications for septic system installation or repair at its office located at 507 W. Tuskeena Street in Hayneville. Call (334) 548-2006 or stop by Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for an application.

Head Start
