Lowndes County Extensions 4-H program, led by Extension Agent Beth Fair, offers local learners hands-on experiences with a variety of life skills. In February, students in Hayneville Middle School’s Sewing Club practiced their sewing skills to create a quilt. Local 4-Hers also participated in livestock judging at the 10th Annual SLE Youth Livestock Judging Contest on March 5. For more information about 4-H activities, call Fair at (334) 368-6896.
