Mr. Hubert Ray Foster, a resident of Fort Deposit, passed away peacefully on March 15, at the age of 92.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, March 18, beginning at 11 a.m. at Spring Creek Baptist Church with Brother John Ross Massey officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The family received friends for visitation beginning at 10 a.m. until service time.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Eugene and Alma Perdue Foster; by his brothers, Robert Earnest Foster, James Guy Foster, Arthur Travis Foster and Willie Claude Foster and two sisters, Mary Lee Rogers and Agnes Foster Martin.
He is survived by his loving wife, Eva “Polly” Foster; children, Allen (Leah) Foster and Richard (Cheryl) Foster; grandchildren, Laine (Chris) Rhodes, Abbey (Kyle) Sage, Travis Kilpatrick, Kyle Foster and Emily (Korey) Williams; 12 great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Joyce Foster, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
