A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, caused roadway blockage. The left southbound lane of Interstate Highway 65 near the 151-mile marker, in Lowndes County, blocked while crews worked to clear the scene.

The roadway reopened around 5:30 p.m.

Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
