The 23rd annual free Kids Catfish Rodeo is set for this Saturday, June 17 from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at pond on the Lowndes Wildlife Management Area in White Hall.
It is open to kids 15 and under. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
The event is sponsored by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says know the water, know you limits and wear a life jacket. Refreshments will be served.

Take Lowndes County Road 23 to County Road 40 in White Hall, turn left and follow the signs to Henderson Road, turn right and follow the signs to the pond.
