The 2016 American Cancer Society Lowndes County Relay for Life community rally and kickoff is set for Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 5 p.m. at the Hayneville Middle School cafeteria.
Last year Lowndes County had a goal of $55,000, but raised $75,000 said last year’s Event Co-Chairperson Zandra Colston.
Colston is Event Lead for Lowndes County this year, as well as Area Lead for the Relay for Life Southwest Division.
