Antonio Williams, principal of Hayneville Middle School, announced that a benefit concert will be held Sunday, May 18 at 4 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church located at 1882 Alabama Highway 97, Hayneville at 4 p.m. All proceeds will go to the Mission Possible initiative to send Lowndes County students to New York City. Advance tickets are $10, available at Hayneville Middle School and other locations. Only 100 tickets are available. Tickets at the door will be $15.
