A public healthcare forum will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26 at the Hayneville Church of Christ Fellowship Hall.

The forum is being held to address healthcare and human services issue that the affect the community such as the Affordable Care Act, Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program signup or plan changes and Medicaid and Food Stamp changes.

According to information provided by Dr. O. L. Hubert, program coordinator and pharmacist for Parks Pharmacy of Hayneville, “Various agencies and/or agents have been invited to assist with Medicare Part D and computer signup for ‘Obama Care.'”

Hubert is also president of the Southwest Alabama Improvement Association.

The church is located on Alabama Highway 97 North north of the four-way stop at Alabama Highway 21 North.
