Oct. 21 Dan Alton Simmons, 45, Fort Deposit, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless endangerment.

Oct. 22 Neal Kidd, 53, Lower Peachtree, Ala. theft of property by deception/returned from court.

 

Hayneville Police Department

Oct. 24 Krystal K. Nelson, 21, Fort Deposit, harassment.

Oct. 24 Lee A. Saffold, 46, Hayneville, enticing a child, sexual abuse second degree. Shenardo Menyion Hill, 27, Hayneville, theft of property first degree. Alabama State Troopers

Oct. 24 Clayton N. McCaskill, 22, Coosada, failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to appear-no seat belt.

Oct. 26 Harold Jerome Scott, 52, Hayneville, driving under the influence, criminal mischief second degree. The following incidents and offenses were reported to the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department from Oct. 21-26:
Oct. 21
Theft of property second degree from the 8200 block of Lowndes County Road 23, Letohatchee. Stolen were four iPads valued at $600 each.
Criminal mischief second degree from the 9700 block of Lowndes County Road 26, Hayneville. Damaged were doors and locks in the amount of $500.
Oct. 23
Burglary third degree/theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Lowndes County Road 13, Hayneville. Stolen wasa LG 42-inch television valued at $1,958. Damaged were a door and lock in the amount of $350.
Oct. 25
Theft of property second degree from the 5800 block of Lowndes County Road 33, Letohatchee. Stolen were four 1996 Jeep rims and tires valued at $500 and four 1989 Maxima rims and tires valued at $500.
Oct. 26
Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Williams Drive, Mosses. Stolen were children’s clothes valued at $300, $300 in cash, a Direct TV satellite box valued at $100, a purse valued at $20 and an Alabama non-driver’s license ID card.
