The Lowndes Academy Rebels fell to 3-4 on the season and 2-4 in Region 2, Class AA play with a 36-7 loss to the Wilcox Academy  Wildcats in Camden Friday night.

The Rebels only amassed 189 yards total offense with 152 coming on the ground and 37 through the air.

The lone Rebel score came on a 12-yard pass from quarterback Cody Harrell to David Hussey. Harrell added the point after touchdown.

Garrett Headley rushed for 52 yards. Hussey caught two 12-yard passes for 24 yards and one touchdown.

Harrell completed five of nine passes for 39 yards and was intercepted twice.

Headley led all tackles with 13, and Hussey made one interception.

The Rebels will host the Autauga Academy Generals this Friday night in Hayneville.
