‘Grandma Cooter’ celebrates 95th birthday

Rosa Bell “Cooter” Bender Missildine celebrated her 95th birthday eating dinner, cake and ice cream with friends and family at her daughter’s, Elsie Davis, home in Flatwoods on May 22.
