These arrests were made in Lowndes County from April 9 to April 18.
Apr. 9
– Joe Allen Bell, 58, was arrested and charged with DUI.
Apr. 12
– Michael O. Middleton, 28, was arrested and charged with harassment.
Apr. 13
– James Lozano, 36, was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana.
– Hugo Candanosa, 21, was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana.
– Eric Lee Bender, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled
substance.
– Monica June Horne, 43, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Apr. 14
– Tomeka Latise Boggan, 30, was arrested and charged with failure to participate.
– Danny Atkins, 43, was arrested and charged with providing a false name to an officer.
Apr. 16
– Darryl Taylor, 44, was arrested and charged with child support-in contempt.
– Derrick R. Carter, 25, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.
Apr. 18
– Calvin Vantrell Williams, 41, was arrested and charged with DUI.
– Larry Darnell Harris, 24, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-no proof of insurance and failure to appear-driving while license suspended.
These reports were filed by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department from March 29 to April 19.

Mar. 29
– A report was filed on Searight Place Road in Letohatchee for theft of property and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle. Reported stolen was one 380 automatic pistol valued at $150.
– A report was filed on Searight Place Road in Letohatchee for harassment.
– A report was filed on County Road 29 in St. Clair for theft of property and burglary. Reported stolen was one RCA 42-inch flat screen television ($1,200), one Dell computer ($1,000). Reported damaged was one front door valued at $100.
Mar. 30
– A report was filed on Highway 97 South in Letohatchee for vehicle recovery. Reported recovered was one gray Chevrolet 1500.
– A report was filed on Reese Road in Sardis for burglary and theft of property. Reported stolen was one sofa and love seat set ($700), one gas tank regulator with copper gas tubes ($500), one 27-inch Sanyo television and one 13-inch color television ($520), one microwave ($400), two burgundy lamps ($200) and one glass bread box valued at $45. Reported damaged was two exterior home windows valued at $100.
– A report was filed on County Road 26 in Hope Hull for theft of property. Reported stolen was one portable kitchen valued at $52,000.
– A report was filed at Hayneville Middle School for disorderly conduct.

– A report was filed on Mingo Bracy Road in Lowndesboro for theft of property. Reported stolen was one 1973 white and green Winnebago motor home.

– A report was filed on Barlow Road in Hayneville for unauthorized use of a vehicle. The vehicle
was described as a 1989 black Dodge Ram.

– A report was filed on U.S. Highway 31 South in Ft. Deposit for menacing and harassment.
– A report was filed on Main Street in Hayneville for harassment.
Apr. 3
– A report was filed on Hill Top Road for discharging a firearm in an occupied vehicle. Reported
damaged was one 1994 white Honda Accord rear window and windshield valued at $500.
Apr. 4
– A report was filed at the Chevron service station on Old Fort Road in Ft. Deposit for criminal
possession of a forged instrument. Reported recovered was U.S. currency.
– A report was filed on Old Ramah Church Road in Letohatchee for domestic violence/harassment.
– A report was filed on Waller Road in Minter for unruly child and criminal mischief. Reported damaged was one X-box video system valued at $440.

– A report was filed on Williams Court in Hayneville for infant death.
– A report was filed on Highway 21 in Braggs for menacing.
– A report was filed on Barlow Road in Hayneville for theft of property, 1st. Reported stolen was
one blue and brown, long-handled purse ($20), one Dell laptop computer ($350), one Alabama driver’s license ($20), assorted female clothing ($600), one Verizon wireless computer internet card ($135), one Alabama license plate, number 45A57A1 and one 1989 black Dodge Charger-Ram.
– A report was filed on Bowie Circle in Tyler for harassment.

– A report was filed on Mary Jane Jackson Road in Hayneville for criminal trespassing and theft of property. Reported stolen were structure steel “I” beams valued at $2000.

– A report was filed on Highway 80 in Hayneville for criminal mischief and theft of property.
Reported stolen was one, four-ton air conditioning unit ($1000) and one blue and white Ford pickup truck. Reported damaged was one back door to a mobile home valued at $200.

– A report was filed on Highway 21 North and Shiloh Road in Hayneville for theft of property.
Reported stolen was one 2006 silver Ford Taurus, Vehicle Identification Number 1FAFP53V56A181882 and license number BDB6518, valued at $4450.
– A report was filed on the 700 block of Hilltop Road in Letohatchee for theft of property. Reported stolen was one 1991 Black Chevy Silverado, Vehicle Identification Number 2GCEC19K1M1218305 and license number 3AC5790.
– A report was filed on Cruise Road and County Road 26 for a vehicle recovery. Recovered was
one 2001 red GMC Yukon Vehicle Identification Number 1GKFK66UX1J287042 and license
number 35426AY.
– A report was filed on the 700 block of Hilltop Road in Letohatchee for theft of property. Reported stolen was one 1992 white Cadillac DeVille, Vehicle Identification Number
1G6CT53B0N4316189 and license number 45A795P, valued at $1000.
– A report was filed on County Road 9 in Tyler for theft of property. Reported stolen was one 1994
green Chevy GMC Jimmy.
