These arrests were made by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department from Jan. 2 to Feb. 7.

Jan. 2
– Ninetta Hicks, 40, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear for operating vehicle without insurance and three counts of failure to appear driving with suspended license.

Jan. 15
– Desmond Crenshaw, 19, was arrested and charged with menacing, first-degree kidnapping, assault and four counts of third degree assault.

Jan. 29
– Fredrick Lavon Ishman, 35, was arrested and charged with incest, second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy.

Jan. 30
– Dwight Earl Tolliver, 44, was arrested and charged with two counts of harassing communication.

– Dionta A. Hunter, 23, was arrested and charged with providing false information.

Jan. 31
– Gavin Garrett, 43, was arrested and charged with giving a false name, incontempt and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Brian Irvan Perryman, 43, was arrested and charged with failure to appear on a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle and unauthorized use of vehicle.

– Neil Brown, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 1
– Christopher Stowers, 49, was arrested and charged with unlawful imprisonment and third degree theft of property.

– Lynn D. Wiley, 27, was arrested and charged with first degree possession of marijuana and possession/receiving a controlled substance.

– Antonio D. Jenkins, 24, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and possession/receiving a controlled substance.

– Marcus Harris, 20, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

– Lawrence Lanard Simpson, 31, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

– Eric Wooten, 38, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and failure to participate.

Feb. 2
– Arthur Lee Robinson, 42, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Feb. 3
– Cedric J. Blackmon, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear on a charge of invalid insurance.

Feb. 5
– Jamisha Boscha Andrews, 33, was arrested and indicted with second-degree forgery.

Feb. 6
– Shammorold Shanta Moore, 30, was arrested and charged with failure to appear on charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving with revoked license and no child restraint.

– Kenya Santiel Smith, 29, was arrested and charged with child support, two counts failure to appear for no seat belt, failure to appear for operating vehicle without insurance and failure to appear for operating vehicle with suspended license.

– Barbara Ann Phifer, 40, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

– Kyneiki Cashundra Rudolph, 34, was arrested and charged with harassment.

– Alton Dewayne Roten, 32, was arrested and charged with failure to appear for operating vehicle without insurance, failure to appear for an open container violation and failure to appear for no drivers license.

Feb. 7
– Ruben Lee Barnett, 61, was arrested and served the weekend.

– Dominich Antonio Blount, 30, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

– Taurus McCall Jenkins, 26, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and harassment.
